We make friends with customers at AUTOMECHANIKA FAIR (Ⅱ)

Automechanika Shanghai - Shenzhen Edition entered the second day and the enthusiasm remained unabated.

On this day, we reunited with many old friends. After 3 years, we meet again at Automechanika to talk about industry opportunities and cooperation.

At the same time, we also met new partners:

Just like the first day, we came to our booth in advance, sorted out the samples we displayed, arranged the company album and business cards neatly, and waited for the customers to visit.

The time came to 11:30 in the morning, and the flow of people in the exhibition reached its climax. After my last client. I saw a customer stop at our booth for a long time. Maybe it was too busy, no one noticed him. 

At this time, I took the initiative to say hello to him: Good morning, gentleman. Welcome to our booth. 

Seeing me coming, he also smiled and answered me: Good morning, I have interest in these shock absorber parts, Can I have close contact with these samples?

Seeing that the customer was so interested in the shock absorber repair kit, I immediately took the customer to the sample display area. And invite customers to sit down and discuss in detail. 

I introduced to him the raw materials and production capacity of our products. Also learned that his name is Sabbagh,from Lebanon. This time I came to the exhibition mainly looking for accessories for BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz and Land Rover.

After he learned that our factory has been engaged in the research and development, production and sales of shock absorber repair kits for more than ten years, and inspected the product quality, he expressed his willingness to cooperate with us. At the same time, I also want to visit our factory.

At this point, we have reached a preliminary cooperation intention. And invite him again to visit our factory.

That's part of my story at the show and with my clients. I think that only by letting customers know more about us, can customers trust us more.

There are still many stories between us and our customers at the exhibition, and we hope to share them with you in the future.
