The mature automotive aftermarket in Europe and America provides broad development space for general parts manufacturers.

Development mode of domestic and foreign after-sales markets

The mature aftermarket of auto parts abroad, represented by the developed auto consumption countries in Europe and the United States, has formed a unique development model.

On the one hand, they focus on organizing parts procurement, establish a qualified supplier management system, and ensure that products entering the after-sales market have high cost performance; On the other hand, through the widely distributed chain retail stores and franchise stores, we provide a complete range of supply services for various types of fast repair stores, maintenance centers, etc. in a timely manner, thus playing a pivotal role in the after-sales market.In Europe, due to the small land area of a single country, its independent after-sales system mainly takes the form of wholesale distribution. Wholesalers are an important part of the circulation. Through their own networks, including chain stores, franchised stores and other users, they distribute points around the repair shop, playing the same important role as American chain dealers. There are also many chain dealers in Europe, but the scale is not as large as that in the United States.

Except for commercial vehicles, China's after-sales market is still dominated by the 4S system. The independent after-sales system is at the initial stage of development, with small scale and unreasonable organizational structure. In recent years, foreign parts manufacturers have also stepped up their efforts to enter China's after-sales market, and China's after-sales market is accelerating its integration.
